Originally from Canada’s West Coast, I was raised in an environment that sparked an early interest in health and wellness. This led me to pursue training in various holistic health practices.

As a Dr. Ac., my clinical approach utilizes Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture to address physical, emotional, and energetic imbalances. I view the body as an interconnected system, and my goal is to help restore balance and promote long-term wellness.

Outside of practice, I enjoy spending time in nature, connecting with family and friends, and exploring emerging concepts in health.
