With 11 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist, I am passionate about providing relief and satisfaction to my clients. I received my training in Alberta at MENARD sport therapy in Red Deer, where I completed 3600 hours and became a member of NHPC (Natural Health Practitioners of Canada). I specialize in various techniques including Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Pregnancy Massage, intraoral Myofascial release, trigger point therapy, ART and cupping. I consistently advance my education to enhance my expertise and better serve my clients.

Apart from my work, I enjoy staying active by playing hockey, volleyball, basketball, and snowboarding.
